HOW WILL WE INSPECT THE HOME AND REPORT TO YOU?
| | The inspection will take 3 to 5 hours. We will inspect for things that are dangerous, things that are not working and things that cause costly repairs. Our goal is to make sure you are safe, secure and protected financially. This is a limited visual inspection during which we look for clues that tell us if there may be hidden damage or poor construction behind the wall, floors and ceiling. We also inspect the readily accessible systems of the home. We will report the results of the inspection to you, within 48 hours in most cases, in a report with pictures. This report can be mailed, emailed or handed to you. Many times we email the report to out of town clients and follow up with a mailed report. | WHY SHOULD YOU USE OUR SERVICE? - I'm state tested and registered. - I belong to the ARKANSAS ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE INSPECTORS and participate in their annual continuing education program.
- You will recieve a 90 day Appliance Insurance Policy from Complete Appliance Protections Inc. at no cost to you when purchasing home buyer inspection http://www.thecapprogram.com. This policy has no deductible and covers everything inside the sheet metal skin of the hot water heater, kitchen range, dish washer and heating and cooling systems. If those appliances work during the inspection, they are covered for 90 days.
